We are looking for a Litigation Assistant to support lawyers and legal teams in the preparation and execution of litigation cases. You will also be responsible for drafting and submitting pleadings, taking minutes from meetings, and monitoring deadlines and legal requirements. The position requires a high degree of accuracy, discretion, and the ability to work under pressure. The Litigation Assistant acts as a liaison between lawyers, clients, courts, and other involved parties. You must be able to handle sensitive information professionally and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Duties also include preparing evidence, gathering and systematizing information, and assisting during court hearings.
